Promotions are now handled in terms of 'minutes' of activities and minimum time spent at a rank. The numbers for each rank are as follows

Activities are recorded by each individual member on the website entering the total number of a particular activity completed into the box provided and clicking 'update'. The actual points will be calculated automatically.

Minutes awarded for a single completed activity in each category are as follows

1. Requirement for First Promotion
   To obtain the promotion to Spectator, a clan member must complete the following stages
   1. Meet the requirement of 2 weeks within the clan
   2. Request a website account by sending a note to Dave with your requested username and password.
   3. Create an account on the website forums, and then notify Dave, who will flag your account as being a clan member so you can view the restricted forums.
   4. Post a note to all three leaders outlining your goals within the clan, and how you see yourself progressing in the future.
2. Requirement for other promotions
   1. Once both the time and date requirements are met, a note should be posted to all 3 leaders requesting a promotion. Promotions will not be granted automatically.
3. Promotion to Oracle
   1. Currently only 3 leader positions are held at any one time
   2. Leader elections are held at the beginning of every year, or occasionally at other times where neccessary due to other leaders stepping down/leaving.
   3. Only those at Sentinel rank are available to stand for leadership
   4. The election process begins with a week of nominations, followed by a week of voting by all clan members if more people stand than we have places.
