The following is a brief outline on our application procedure, further details will be given in response to the application note on the mud itself.
To be eligible to apply the following conditions must be met
- You must not be clanned and be rid of your (Outcast) flag prior to applying
- You have to have at least 201 total levels (ie be a SH or remort)
- That you have a helpful, and friendly attitude
- That you are willing to follow the Clan's rules
The application procedure is as follows
- Post a note to the entire Watchmen Clan on the Personal Board
- Tell us about yourself and why you think you would be a good addition to the clan (please refrain from using information regarding real life here, thank you)
- You will then be contacted by Watchmen recruiting staff
- If you do not recieve a response within 2 weeks, either send a tell to a leader, or repost your original note.
- You will receive a total of three interviews by our recruitment team.
- You may request an interview from any of the recruitment staff. Recruiters may be found by typing 'who from scout'.
- Each interview must be a minimum of four days apart.
- After each interview, you will be required to take a test. Each test is different, and details will be provided at the end of each interview.
- The third and final test requires the applicant to perform a total of five corpse recoveries for players level 26 and above. Each of these must be witnessed and recorded by a Watchmen member. Multiple corpses recovered at the same time count as a single corpse recovery.
- Once all five corpse recoveries have been recorded, voting shall begin. Voting lasts for a period of seven days, where every Watchmen member will be allowed to vote.
- Once voting is completed, a note will be posted informing you of the outcome, and whether or not you have been accepted into the clan.
