The Watchmen clan is a fellowship of people who have answered the call of Stendarr to aid those in need, and to defend the weak. In his great wisdom, Stendarr has deemed that the Watchmen shall be ruled by a group of councils and directed by its leaders, therefore, the Watchmen is one of the more democratic clans.
To answer the call of Stendarr and be a Watchmen, one must be kind, polite, and a friendly person at heart, as we are also dedicated to helping others.

A good Watchmen never leaves a lost soul in need

Stendarr also has taught us the futitility of violence and abhores clan raiding and player killing unless in the defense of his sacred chapel or to aid the weak in defending their homes. In addition, a Watchmen is one that is willing to die for the sake of his allies and not give up the eternal struggle to keep justice and peace throughout the realm. We gladly aid and help defend our allies and those lone adventurers who seek our help. Whether it is advice, or help of some other sort a Watchmen will turn down nothing in order to help someone in some way.
